The value of our services is based on an hourly rate and individual project item values reflective of the scope and magnitude of the project. Value and terms can be tailored to meet your personal and organizational budget. We approach each project on an individual basis providing flexibility and tailored value to your project. Some considerations when developing your budget include billing:

We can take your project from conception to completion. Planning ahead can often reduce cost. Some considerations include:

  • Who will be responsible for the approval process and guide the project?
  • What is the anticipated budget for this project?
  • Who is the best person to reflect your needs and views, what is their experience and style?
  • Specific dimensions, colours, and numbers printed for this project?
  • Do you have a preferred designer or printer for the final revision?
  • What kind of research & background materials can be provided?
  • How much research, meeting, interviews or revisions will be needed to complete the project?
  • Who is the audience and where will the documents/information be used?
  • What impact are you hoping to achieve?
  • And ask yourself questions, lots of questions!

The valuation for each project includes consideration for:

  • A free 30-minute initial telephone consultation to ensure fit for optimum success
  • Consulting, research, think time, preparation, travel, meetings, phone calls, interviews & revisions with a final written copy and electronic report provided
  • Additional administrative charges may apply
  • Revisions must be assigned within 30 days of receipt of copy and are included in the initial quote unless changes reflect a change in the project scope
  • Deposit is required for all confirmed projects (Signed letter of Agreement) at a rate of 25% of the total project value or a $100.00 minimum retainer to be negotiated and payable in advance
  • Terms are net 30 days within receipt of the final invoice with negotiable payment plans available, Late fees are applicable net 30 days at a rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum.
